The industry has grown considerably since Hibernia drew first oil in 1997 and a recent economic study predicts tremendous growth over the coming 25 years. Our offshore industry is positioned to have a long life, with a variety of career opportunities for our province’s youth, if they strategically choose their post-secondary education opportunities.
